This session looks at how to get your personal brand ‘out-there’, investigating the different channels you can use to project and build your personal brand. We’ll also look at how to cope with the risks associated with increased visibility and what to do if you have a 'brand failure'.

In the practice session, participants receive strengths-orientated and stretch feedback from the group on their desired personal brand versus the reality of behaviours with colleagues and collaborators. We start to bring the personal brand from aspiration into lived experience.
