Gail Lillian

Communication and Leadership Specialist

Gail is a Communication and Leadership Specialist, a trained CTI coach, and a Leadership Facilitator for the Stanford MBA program’s famed Interpersonal Dynamics class, where Gail focuses to increase competency in building effective relationships, driving impact in leadership, influence, and emotional self-management. Her work also includes organizational conflict resolution – built on over a decade of mediation experience – and business consulting.

As a serial entrepreneur, Gail has developed a strong philosophy around leadership and company culture, which inspired her to become a coach and trainer in communication and leadership. She helps clients reach their full potential in interpersonal dynamics, company culture development, and messaging.

She works with leaders, and those seeking a greater sense of confidence, to find their unapologetic, bravest selves through accountability, transparency, and self-acceptance.

How it started: Gail was gripped by an entrepreneurial spirit in her early childhood, when she baked a cake – from a mix – and went door to door trying to sell it, just for pocket money. She stayed in the food industry, but left cake mixes behind, earning international acclaim as the founder of an innovative salad bar in Oakland CA, USA.

Superpowers: Gail specializes in finding ways for individuals to move past their fears and improve their impact by helping them to accept the obstacles they’re facing and move self-judgement aside. Her mission in life is to support people’s awareness and acceptance of their own messy, beautiful humanity, and from there to build empathy for others. She considers empathy the ultimate tool for communication and connection.

Enjoys: Gail loves to be in the kitchen cooking and baking – or caring for her many plants. Fun fact: Gail is a cookie decorator and has been to two CookieCons in the US!
