Claire is a born entrepreneur and innovator. She worked on her first business at 14, published a book at 25 and aged 30 founded Man Bites Dog – a multi award-winning thought leadership consultancy with global reach. Man Bites Dog specialises in working with intelligent organisations from professional and financial services, technology and trade sectors to deliver global marketing programmes to build reputation, deepen relationships and generate revenue.
With more than twenty years’ experience leading global strategic marketing and thought leadership programmes, Claire creates signature global campaigns for the world’s smartest organisations, with highlights including the Big Four, top ten global law firms, Korn Ferry, BP, American Express, S&P Global and Google.
An established keynote speaker and commentator, Claire is an active champion of diversity and inclusion, the knowledge economy, entrepreneurship and global trade. Claire is campaigning to close the Gender Say Gap® – the underrepresentation of women in business and in public life – by increasing the visibility of thought-leading female experts.

Claire has an MA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford and a research MA with distinction from York University. She is also a recent graduate of the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme at Saïd Business School, Oxford.
