Ugo Ojike is a Managing Director at Accenture. She is experienced in negotiating and commercial management of large IT Consulting, Technology and Digital. She has also led delivery of transformation programs. Prior to Accenture she worked at one of the Big 4 where she trained as a Chartered Accountant. She champions the development of talent and sponsors this agenda for Contract Management globally. She is a disruptive advocate of Inclusion and Diversity (I&D ), leading Accenture’s global Legal I&D Ethnicity program.

She recently spoke at the House of Parliament as part of a Game Changers Summit on being “Colour Brave – How to Start Courageous Conversations About Race, ”  where she challenges us to think differently about how we will change things for those that come after us, while creating a world where people are able to thrive, reach their potential and achieve success in whichever field they chose.

Outside of her day job, Ugo serves on a governing committee for children who have been excluded from mainstream schools. She is a mother of 3 and an avid Arsenal supporter!
